@Daiske, you say to give this update a chance, why? The rune stone update tipped the balance of power way more to the whales and this one will be NO DIFFERENT. How does this change or even make better the Pos1 meta? Please, tell me. I'd love to know how you think that's gonna work.

Also, just be honest about using the survey not to find out how many people would hate the idea of such an unbalanced update, not that you actually knew as disconnected as you appear to from your playerbase, but that it was to find out how many people liked the idea so you could create projections for how much money it would bring in. We all know that's what you used the survey for, quit hiding it. And making one half-ass post blaming mods for the survey is NOT engaging in meaningful dialogue with your players. It's nothing but cowardice.

The moderators besides some do care about our opinion yes, because they know how we are being treated isn't right. We was show that after someone made that nice Google doc showing us who fights for us and cares about our rights as players for this game. Yes we know we aren't China and trying to make it different, but with that said they turned into a whale mostly game. You say you care about us Daiske right? Make more things f2p Listen to the forms yes more things are crazy to do, but somethings that should be free or not that much to spend should be heard. The cap increase we all said no to, its not needed right now, we said no to the increase to the runes because we the player base knew not everyone had max 12 on pos 1 at the time. If you going to go forward with feed backs at least listen to them or at least don't post saying you care when we have seen you don't. Just my opinion

A few months back, I was critical of the game in light of Tobei's allegations. I was personally harassed by one of the moderators for echoing things about Tobei's allegations that were "not true" and my posts were deleted, but the moderator wouldn't specifically specify what wasn't true. Then I was banned from their official Discord, wrote to Daiske and got no response. I actually managed to reach out to Oasis Games in China and filed a complaint. I managed to speak with someone who insisted "good changes" were coming and I should "sit tight." Now Oasis is moving forward with the refine update, so here we are.

So why do I still play this game?

After playing this game for two years, I've learned to appreciate it by taking myself out of the competitive equation. I can't compete anymore with those who have the money to benefit from these updates and unbalanced ninjas. I've come to accept that I will not be as "good" as those who invest hundreds if not thousands of dollars in recharges. I play Naruto Online to kill time and that's about it, really. Sure, I don't feel like I'm being listened to, but that's not going to stop me from deriving enjoyment from whatever enjoyment I can salvage.

Just want to point out: When the first refinement feedback was given and the decision was made to delay it, the player base was refered to as Bugs.

The updates in the past few months have been giving many players the same vibe: That the game is dying and oasis just trying to get as much money as possible before shutting down the game for a clean getaway. It's kinda why players have been quitting more and more like rats fleeing a sinking ship, even many p2w have stopped paying to see how things go. This update is the worst so far, so probably more players are going to quit. But we'll see, I guess.

You absolutely do not care about our opinions otherwise you wouldn't continue to pursue mindlessly the overstacking move 1 policy none likes and wants.

Call me naive on this, but I do think some of the mods do care be it for the playerbase or the longevity of the game and their salary or whatever. And those are the people who get the feedback and actually read it. It's nice, sure, but of little consequence. I'm guessing the higher ups don't read the feedback do they @Daisuke ? Don't answer that, I get it, being too honest, can't have that. I'm just curious, do the higher ups even know what the game looks like or is the numbers all they care about?

More to grind, came way too early imo.. or maybe the entire game was too exp from the start

We usually announce if survey has any impact on our decision-making or if it is official. This time, there were no words from us except that one comment from me. To explain that comment - while it is true that this survey was not official, we still wanted it to be as realistic as possible (that is why it was allowed to be posted on forum) and I also wanted to help mods so they do not have to to go trough a lot of hate comments (not only comments via survey but also comments in thread were getting out of hand and forum rules are here for a reason). My comment in no context should be considered as making this survey as something official or this survey having any impact on our decisions.

We did one survey regarding this update in the past, therefore, we don't think there was need for another survey.

Guys, all surveys are to make you think they listen to community, that's all about them.

well pretty much they been saving screenshot if oaises/tencent cared about the players in game to state our opinions but since level 13 refines as nobody wants it in game including I thats how much rage/blacklash. it will be done differently if it wasnt implemented in the first place as everyone trying to get there advanced refines for there pos 1 stacked done but it got out of hand when everyone voted in the survey voting NO and CANCELLATION.

I know my post will be deleted again but before that happens I want this community to know why CN is better than En. Truth is CN was as as we are now. You guys know what i mean. But that changed. Why? Because the CN player base had a so called " Revolution" thing. The whales refund their spending and boom Tencent had a change of heart.

Our community here must do the same thing, most especially the whales. F2ps will never be heard. Thats a fact. Only the Whales's united action toward this can affect Oasis. If Whales wont stand up against this, and just let Oasis run things as they wish. More ridiculous things will be coming in our version.

Bear this in mind, another Truth: Whales can dictate the flow of this game. Oasis is always afraid to loose the whales, ergo this company will never have any option if Whales would stand their ground.

So yeah. That's it. I'm just throwing this out.

PS: If this post wil be deleted. At least let the Whale people know about this. The power lies in their hands....or wallet.

The only issue I have with this is... well, how was the playerbase supposed to know that? There's been what, how many surveys outside of the "official polls" one from awhile back, and the methodical "event feedback" surveys. The problem here is that, as far as I remember, there has been no surveys specifically hosted by staff/mods/people in power that were related specifically towards planning future changes, which were unofficial.

There is no way for the playerbase to tell that "they usually announce if it's an impactful survey or not" if there's never been a survey that hasn't been specified as unimpactful. I'm not counting the like, "who's the cutest girl" ones from a few years back cause that doesn't affect gameplay and was clearly Just for Fun(TM). If you're constantly pumping out event feedback surveys that are supposedly impactful, then why should the playerbase assume that this particular "unofficial" survey is any different from all the official event feedback surveys?

This would've been fine if it was specified that the survey would have no DIRECT impact upon future decisions. Scratch that, it wouldn't have been fine because it's not taking player feedback into account. But it would have been better, at least. I think.

How come they release the survey and tell they're not intended to do it. They're not threatened to the ppl, they do what they want to do. They find reasons for ppl tp quit the game! That's all.

I will provide solutions instead to solve this. I believe this issue can be solved while everyone is happy.

Solutions:

Increase the claimable amount of advance refinement rune on space time. Make it 10 per day.

Increase the claimable amount of advance refine on group shop as well. Make it 5 per day.

Remove advance refine from SUN shop and replace it with epic refine. Transferred the Advancee refine rune from SUN SHOP to MOON SHOP with price of 600 moon scrolls each. Make it claimable 20 per day.

In a week a player can get up to 80k moon scrolls so that will be 133 advance refine per week.

Space time 10 per day will be 70 advance refine per week.

Group Shop 5 per day making it 35 advance refine per week.

In total a player can make 238 advance refine runes per month on this features alone. In two to three months someone can level 10 their refine runes in 1 slot no problem.

I know you are a business by doing this you will not lose the business of advance refine while making the player base happy.

I agree, we should have clearly stated such information in the thread, mistake learned.

It is hard for us to decide such thing because what can we do? Strip mods of their powers so they can post it and then give it back to them? That would not work since they need to monitor forum. Or let some newly created account post it? Everyone would think it is a troll or just random person not worth their time. Next time we let moderators post unofficial surveys/polls, we will make sure to clearly state that it is not official one. We apologize for the confusion and all the chaos this whole situation caused.
