[ Bugs ] I didn't get my free 3star at first seal treasure opening

I heard everybody are supposed to get free 3-star. Is this a bug and if it is please fix it. Everybody else I ask have karin or kakashi at 4 stars now and i have nothing :) Reply

The 1st draw only guarantee a junk 1*, its's the the 2nd that gives a normal 3*

YES it's the second one that give you a 3 star, i often saw Karin kakashi and shizune, they must have the biggest drop rate.

I got tenten again for my second, right now after 2 weeks of play i have drawn all free seal pulls after every 48 hours and no single 3-star. Maybe it's just bad luck I don't know
