Given day is a phrase used for any day. Typically the same day that you recharge in this case.

"Recharge 300 Ingots or more on a given day" means that you will be able to purchase the "Platinum Monthly Card" as long as you have recharged a total of 300 ingots or more on any single day. You c*so purchase the "Platinum Monthly Card" if you have the Jonin Medal active on the day of purchase.
