ription & Bug Print Screen: (1) platinum card disappear. i usually get both monthly investment card and platinum investment card together; but this time my platinum disappear but my monthly card still there (about 9 days left). Please fix this, they should be both the same 9 days left from the date of this posting see image below (2) jonin medal became zero. please fix this; i think there was 120+ days left. See image above as proof that medal disappear; see image below to see 0 days
(3) Spring Season Ranking disappear and trophies disappear. See images below. I don't remember my ranking anymore but I can definitely tell you I belong to rank 10+ because i have proof below that I have season ticket x 455 (last image). please fix this

i got disconnected and when reload my game, the spring event title change to green, and i click it but then the spring event ended?
and my points from 3335 going down to 0 again
