Summons Master can schedule summons. This is a position that is usually just for the title, as Seniors can do the same.

Quarter-Master is very important position. QM can distribute the packs you win in GNW, which is something only the Leader can do, but the Seniors cannot.

Science Master can do R&D, but again so can the Seniors. The QM positions is - aside from giving people positions in the group - the one function Seniors have no access to.

As an individual, summons does not matter in terms of rewards. If your group only cares about the coupons and not serious, * with normal. However, for the group, hard is better as the summons associated with hard to better than normal.

On normal you get purple summon fragments. On hard you get yellow summon fragments. Purple are used to recruit snake summon and yellow one is used to recruit frog and snail summon. After you recruit all 3 summons there is really no much point to do it on hard. Both yellow and purple frags are worth one summon chakra when you try to convert them.

And normal is much easier to do. Some lower power people wont be able to get 40 CPs on hard,

i think i got the answers for all i needed. We have all summons so in our case better do Serpent so all players can get the 40 coupons specially the low power players.
