for the super rare (fuu-yagura) is it still 200-400?

Seal Rate for Time-Limited Treasure i assume is around 190 to 210 to get the Super Rare .. But i would like to remind you that Time-Limited Treasure is not the same from the other Regular Treasures that we have in the game ..
Just come out and say it! This treasure does NOT alternate super rares like every other treasure. They decided to "change" it (conveniently) so you can get a dupe rare immediately after. Its funny though, because I've yet to see a video where someone doesn't get a dupe when going for the second rare. Its always been like this:
R1, R1, R2
or
R2, R2, R1
So if you want both rares, expect to drop 660 seal scrolls for them.
