An option to counter Kakuzu would be Jonin Minato with Kisame. First of all, Kakuzu will mostly have as support Itachi edo, that will reduce ninjutsu damage, which means you won't be doing a lot of damage ninjutsu wise. Jonin Minato is pure tai. Additionally, Kakuzu is scaling with chakra always, so, if you're able to remove some of it, it can cause him to not scale that much. He is also not that much protected against debuffs as well. You can give a try some wind main team with Edo itachi/Kurenai, Kisame and Minato. You'll have some immunity and your opponent won't be able to trigger your reflect that easily, while you'll be able to do so, so you can control something. Also, water main could be an option as well with Edo Itachi and Minato. If you are able to shutdown half of his supporters asap, he should be easier to beat. Remember though, if Minato does not reset, that's a problem.

Another idea could be super armor removal build such as Edo Yagura builds for example, those teams though, if someone goes down from your team and Yagura does not get to reset every round, it'll be a trouble.

Also about Naruto, Kushina and Edo Itachi can stop Naruto, you remove his immunity and you put him under sleep. Few more options are the Hokage and Jonin Minato teams, if you play them right and carefully, you can take him down .

The easiest way to counter kakuzu eg with breaktroughs, if you are faster, is to use a shark bomb team.

By being slower a good team is: sasuke rs + gakido + ningendo + lightning main or earth main.

Both ningendo and gakido requires full sb and ningendo requires mystery skill trial while Gakido requires chase skill trial.

The idea is that the 1st standard attack chaoses him thanks to sasuke passive and ningendo mystery effects while your team gets a decent boost to defensive stats + shields. After that sasuke will break his immunity to chases.
