Ok, first of all, you should really check out the thread I recently post, it should help you in the future when you wanna start thinking of teams you could use on your own. Given said that, I'm still going to suggest a team you could use.

First of, let's identify some potentially good ninjas you could use. From what you have, these are your potential nukers (main dmg dealers): Tendo Pain, Shisui, Gaara. And these are your potential supporters: Konan, Mabui, Hanzo, Sakura Cloak, Jigokudo, Gakido, Edo Pakura, Tsunade, Iruka, and Chiriku. Now we don't have to use all of them, and we may use characters that I have not listed so far, but the ones listed are the ones generally good in ranked battles.

Now, think about the specific lineups:

For your Tendo lineup, you have a few choices:
a. Mabui - Tendo - Konan - Asuma WB; or
b. Mabui - Sage Naruto - Tendo - Konan; or
c. Mabui - Tendo - Asuma WB - Suited Sai.

For your Gaara lineup, you should ask yourself this: Do you want Gaara to use barrier first round, or would you like to postpone it to round 2? If you want to postpone it, have Hanzo in the same team as Gaara, if you want to use it first round, don't. Now here's the interesting part, who else do you want to be in Gaara's team? The obvious answer would be Wind ninjas since Gaara only buffs his own team. So now we take another look at our Tendo team options. If we choose option c, then we can have Sage Naruto and Konan in the same team with Gaara. And that could definitely work. But with Sage Naruto there, Gaara will always use his barrier first round anyway, so probably don't need to care about Hanzo there, so Hanzo could go to main team instead, in which case, let's have someone who combo well with Sage Naruto, Konan and Gaara instead. From the ninjas you own, I'm thinking Kurenai (broken through) could work here.

Meaning second lineup: Sage Naruto - Konan - Gaara - Kurenai bt (remember to have Gaara in position 3, so he setup barrier AFTER Tendo use his mystery so it won't be wasted.

Now, last, but not least, your main character lineup:

You'd want Shisui position 1. You'd probably want Anbu Itachi since he works really well with Shisui. Now, the last ninja to have in the lineup. Hanzo could work here as a defensive ninja (since he clear whole field debuff every round) but he's only optional. Iruka could work here since you have a lot of Konoha ninjas in the formation already, Chiriku could work here since your entire main team would be Konoha ninjas and all will benefit from his buffs. Or you could simply have Sakura Cloak/Tsunade/Jigokudo as healers here. Which mean, the last ninja will depends on which main you choose. If you go with one of the healers, probably a good idea to go water main so you'd have double healer. If you choose Chiriku, go either Earth or Fire main, with Flood Dragon summon and Repulse to Knockdown chase. If you choose Iruka or Hanzo, go Wind/Water main and choose your chase and summon accordingly.

To sum up, main lineup: Shisui - Anbu Itachi - Main char - last ninja depends on your main choices.
