Madara 5 kage really works mostly with Minato Jonin, and in general he is working with very specifically teams, as he is a ninja that sets up a blocking barrier, plus removes the buffs. From this point of view, you can only either run some scaling team, which always includes Minato in or cancer teams with water main pos1. There are some alternative lineups, either way, Minato Jonin and Madara 5 kage can be standard and you can play with Fire main also + Sakura Christmas for example. Chiriku and Kurenai could be a decent option as supporters as well. In case you got Kurama Naruto or Six paths Naruto, that could work as well with him.

You c*so change the supporters always. For example, you could run Sakura Christmas/Madara for example instead of Chiriku/Kurenai. You can play with any supporting combination. Additionally, Kakashi Susano'o would fit perfectly here. To note though : This team is very solid if you got the initiative advance mostly. If not, Kurenai may solve the issue a bit.
