Or will simply be like was for inner gates.

In the past, when the level cap was lower, the 8th rune was not available.

Maybe is something thought to be dropped in level 120 instance.

In the sense. You'll still have to level up the refinements and charms for it. They are not free at all

  • well because it doesn't make sense to keep it locked for so long just to introduce another item... because that item would have to have a main basic (attribute) stat upgrade life,attack,nin,res,def are taken so what would the item be an upg for? ... plus it would involve introducing a new "X"charms new "X" runes new "X" magatama which would become more complicated

If takes rainbow magatamas is fine.

About the basic attribute, could be damage reduction.
