I got the breakthrough pill today from the refine rebate and plan on using it on my mask for the best initaive possible my mask is refine level 8 almost 9 and my purify is a purple purify should I wait until I have a yellow pureify on initiave to use it or does it not matter when I use it? Also when I refresh my purifys with the pill affect stay? Reply

Pill gives 1% of what currently your refinement gives. If you give it to lv9, it will give 1% of what lv9 gives, if you lvl up that gear to 10, pill will give that 1-2 stats more.

What your purification is it doesnt matter at all, since pill bases ONLY on refinement level. So you should just use it on your highest lvled piece of equipment.
