Masked Man wasn't in last month's Great Tree event. Unless your server have heavy spenders i guess it's plausible it's from a really old event.

Hi! Konoha Great Tree does show the latest history for Konoha Great Tree rewards. So it definitely is possible to see the rewards from previous Konoha Great Tree Events, which would help explain why you see rewards for ninja fragments that does not exist in the current event.
