Were the water mains running Han? Han removes buffs such as Root, theres also a couple other ninjas that are able to remove buffs

And this purge effect can bypass root of warrior immunity which is esp made to counter negative effects from enemy? lol 'nice' design, all to milk money and make f2p stuff like talents less reliable

Not gonna lie han isn't even really the biggest concern for root anymore. There are quite a few ninjas now that can take off root iirc. 5k madara, masked man, sai suit, kushinia hot blooded. it's still really useful but when you run into those teams it falls apart pretty quickly.

very rare but its happen super rarely, its happen to me 1x, when my immunity get pierced by non immunity removal team.

If nin of enemy is higher than your resistance, it could happen.

most likely are NOT. why? cause i was running fire main in 4.0 and none of my CC is piercing those immunity even if my nin is higher than its base +100% buff combined.0 change it happen.

And OMG... a ninja able to counter one of mains skills? "GASPS" gamebreaking.

1st case: the water main was using skewering + 3rd chase. In that case removes by herself root of warrior because is a buff.

2nd case: the azure fang was running shark bomb and used a ninja of any kind that removes buffs (shisui, masked man, edo roshi, han, edo yugito nii, itachi anbu, madara 5th summit, etc...) or applied a suppress immunity effect (kushina habanero, jiraya sannin era, etc...)

3rd case: you thought you were using root of warrior and you were not (happens).

@justsaiying: nin and res has nothing to do with immunity to debuffs. Control stat may be the only involved stat in it, but it ain't involved.

I suppose the immunty was suppressed. When an effect like kushina habanero mystery happens your immunity is suppressed for the whole round, so, even if you clear the debuff you can be controlled again during that round.

Simple logic. Either enemy has han (f2p), cool tobi, maskedman, shisui, itachi anbu, or kushina.

If none then water main uses skewering(last mystery) removes root.

It can. I was running root and this whale tagged me with DBP hidan 1st round (happened before any root removing ninja).Yes, I had root 100% and i only had 2 sword ninjas so root was working.Also some immune ninjas can be controlled .IE:roshi with itachi susanoo with enough control stats.
