Here is some my reply on another thread, i dont know how to quote from another thread but here it is

1. Rollback transaction of those ramen point and convert them back to coupon, im pretty sure it wont return as ingot , and of course rollback transaction mean those sakura or sasuke frag have to return to oasis.

2. Give players compensation like have to choose Sakura or Sakukre pack again (80 frag). But since those ninja have bad reputation, I suggest they give us naruto chinese style.

I think this is the fair soulution for both f2p and spenders, hope mod can see this

• Forget rollbacks. From a technical point of view: that is never gonna happen. It would not only cause massive down time, but also generate other issues. What about spent mood scrolls? Cultivation runes? What about the people who already fought in space time with those ninjas? Most likely Scenarios:- Sitting this out (this will apply anyways, just a question to what degree)- Rollback whole day (very unlikely, since the day passed in HK already)- Send out some compensation to get some people happy- Bring it back in the shop (the fairest one, but not really smart business)- Bringt it back at a reduced quantity (max redeemable)Now that they, apparently also have doubled the prices for sakura food sack (accident?) and Sakura Quest cannot be done, I would asume that they sent out some kind of global compensation..

There some techical issuse, but it not immposible, the mood scrolls and cultivation runes to be honest if they want to rollback it not even difficult, only the issuse you said is space time:

So if they use sakura in space time this mean those who has the access to this event and get sakura frag for cheap is take somekind of advantage on player who cant buy sakura frag. So are you ok with this ? is this even fair ? this is how player should been treat on naruto online ?

Bring back it in the shopis just some kind of weak, show oasis that they cant handle this situation, and how it fair when some one buy it cheap and now other player have to buy it with double price?

This is the worst thing too, supposing you see these good deals this morning, and you recharge 5k in froggy expecting to get that rare ninja you want discounted this week. Then, BOOM! BLAH BLAH! OAsis magic! Your hope down! You felt ROB! Then, as a compensation , NOT APOLOGY, sends u some dangos. Shameful!

This is bs..Test your events before they go live in multiple time zones. A lot of people get screwed by them changing prices after it goes live then we( who can't be on right at reset) just have to accept the response of "this was the updated and correct price" while others just get to benefit from it. I didn't even want kage madara but they should've just made him cost more instead of screwing nearly everyone else over with a price change for food boxes. They always mange to change something good that happens for the playerbase into a negative the 2nd time it comes around and I don't understand why.

A great compensation would be the number of times that Sakura Event rolled out throughout the game x 10 food sacks since you guys admitted that you have the wrong price since the start.

Why not give us some free packs (maybe 10-20 not that much) like last time when there was the bug with that event?

Honestly, the reasonable compensation is a simple apology,50-100 foodsacks or lowering price of foodsacks to 10 cps for one day and let it be 20 cps from next time(WITHOUT ADJUSTING THE DROP RATES).

Also since many people would be refining extra ninja fragments of 5 * cloak sakura and suit sasuke, maybe you could give around 10-30 iruka fragments to everyone.(5 seal scrolls/summon scrolls additional to these would imply that you are sincere with your apology).

I understand that when things go wrong it's hard to fix it and beeing fair.. but:

- I appreciate that you going to get the Sasuke/Sakura pack back. At least be reasonable, same price and limit the redeemable amount to 30 . - We need to be fair here!

- Compensate here is quite hard. We have several issues here.

a) Sakura's foodsacks have allways been 10cupons.
b) There were (for UK servers) arround 7/8h of time that sakura's Gift even prices were half the price there were before.
c) The ppl that need to be compensated should be the ones that didn't "took advantage" of the discounted prices..

Inconclusive messages, from Moderators, in the official discord made some players relax and wait.. but then getting surprised by this price change.

To sum it up:
1 - Compensate players that didn't have the "discounted" price on sakura event. I would recommend 250 or 300 foodsack would be a nice value.

OR

2 - Revert it to how it was:
10cup/foodsack
Sakura/Sasuke pack with 30 or 50limit on reedemable

The mistake wasn't ours, it was yours and you should "embrace it". You wanna compensate players? Put it back as it was at 5am (UK server time) of today, October 4th 2018.

ps: I'm in favor with my 2nd option, even beeing one of the players that spent much more then 9k cupons for Madara [five Kage summit].
ps2: I'm a software developer, so I would recommend ya to at least keep statistics of what you do in events (prices, reedemable amounts, etc) and PLEASE check your stuff before releasing! You're just getting a bad image of yourselfs.

Charm packs are always nice.

Advanced refines are always nice.

Can never have too many purification/protection runes.

Since most Players are going for this Event to buy Ninja Frags or Advanced Refine Runes, then next time when there will be a rotation of Events with Great Plates put those 3 Ninjas in it (since there are 3 ninjas anyway in those Great Plates) and also put Advanced Runes in place of Medium Runes and let that Event be there for two weeks.
