I understand that when things go wrong it's hard to fix it and beeing fair.. but:

- I appreciate that you going to get the Sasuke/Sakura pack back. At least be reasonable, same price and limit the redeemable amount to 30 . - We need to be fair here!

- Compensate here is quite hard. We have several issues here.

a) Sakura's foodsacks have allways been 10cupons.
b) There were (for UK servers) arround 7/8h of time that sakura's Gift even prices were half the price there were before.
c) The ppl that need to be compensated should be the ones that didn't "took advantage" of the discounted prices..

Inconclusive messages, from Moderators, in the official discord made some players relax and wait.. but then getting surprised by this price change.

To sum it up:
1 - Compensate players that didn't have the "discounted" price on sakura event. I would recommend 250 or 300 foodsack would be a nice value.

OR

2 - Revert it to how it was:
10cup/foodsack
Sakura/Sasuke pack with 30 or 50limit on reedemable

The mistake wasn't ours, it was yours and you should "embrace it". You wanna compensate players? Put it back as it was at 5am (UK server time) of today, October 4th 2018.

ps: I'm in favor with my 2nd option, even beeing one of the players that spent much more then 9k cupons for Madara [five Kage summit].
ps2: I'm a software developer, so I would recommend ya to at least keep statistics of what you do in events (prices, reedemable amounts, etc) and PLEASE check your stuff before releasing! You're just getting a bad image of yourselfs.
