Well, you gonna need to level a few of them up, as your options get pretty pigeonholed if you leave them at level 1, hmm.

Plenty to play with here:

Edo Sasori, Edo Haku, Edo Zabuza, = stab stab stab barrier and more stabbings.

Toroi, Hinata GNW, Gaara = Shields damage and Hinata slapping poison on everyone, while hiding behind either Gaara, though classic is a bit beefier.

TenTen GNW, Mei, Mabui = the Water 123, a classic and surprising viable nowadays, just a touch vulnerable.

Jinpachi. Gengetsu, Mei = The Water main in front with the dodge and heals on, or not, taking shots to the mouth like a battered wife of *coholic (Or Mabui), all while the others in the back unload fire and poison and clones which can give you chakra and thus early 60 chakra nukes, plus lots of fingerguns.

You have Shino GNW, Torune (aka Batman), and Fu7, who can make a mean Bug team with a wind main.

Fuguki, Jinin, Utakata = Team Pac Man, with all the poison and clone squishing

Heck, you have Bee7SS, Gaara (5th), Kushina Habenero, which makes for a lot of beatings, or a lot of shields or healings, depending on where you toss the Bee bonus.

You have Samui, Tsunade, and Mei, which is team Juggly, who will bedazzle people with their backaches and complaints about people leering, also with a Monkey king you can get quite a bit of milage out their up and down combos.

Shikaku, Chousa, and Inoichi make a silly Team Dad, which ain't bad, but not something to sing about, and it gets a lot better if you have a Shikimaru Chunin or an Ino GNW in there.

Pain Tendo, Mabui, Asuma Wind Blade = Classic TI toilet brush, keeping things neat and tidy one almighty push at a time.

Samui, Bee Samehada, TentenGNW = I have 60 chakra and am slapping you silly, which makes for a strange nuking clone popping poison deploying mess. Much more reactive than the classic Mei Mabui Tenten though, and the Samehad acupuncture, the tag from Samui, and the interrupt make for a more reactive Round 1 team.

Orochimaru Sanin War, Sasori 100 puppets, Konan = SCUD Orochimaru, especially when fully skill broken. The poor tongue to the bum not only is UNDODGEABLE, but the scaling shoots up 25% per thing dead, like the puppets, and your water main is healing the puppets and the others because she can, and with a Snake chase Oro gets the combos off which sets off sasori, which means more puppets which means more death when Oro goes nuclear.

Tsunade classic with skills broken is quite good, and she's one of the few you can gamble with the experimental vials and some powder.

Sasuke also can get a ton of skills for free if you are lucky with the powder spins, so take that with you as well.

To be honest, you have plenty in water alone. Just got to be creative.
