Looks like it works fine for me. I used his mystery on 12 Kakashi clones, first one did about 20K damage, last round did 61K. But yes, his buff doesn't show with any graphic. Just like the mains don't show when they get buffed like LM's Arena Prowess.

Hey

We're aware. However this isn't a bug, as there's certain ninjas that don't have visual effects displaying a passive in effect.

This is intended and not a bug.
