What make you think they will update 5.0 in October? There is no comfirmation about it, just because DE got it 2 months after they got assist link doesn't mean we will get them in the same amount of time.

It's very clear like Kuebiko said, they are limited the feature to HEAVY spender who RECHARGE with MONEY to get bells, not coupon. After sometimes they will open the feature for casual p2p and f2p who use both coupon/ingot and keep it running for another 1, 2 months or even longer than that before they update 5.0.

Of course this is just my own assumption about their business tactic so it may not mean anything but I know for sure Oasis know how to make money better than most of us here, so you don't have to question their business tactics since you don't have any number in your hand. Just keep play the game, take it slow and enjoy whatever you can.

Honestly speaking i think too we will get it in september (for the simple reason that never happened once that we had to wait more than 2 months after germany got something before we got it too) and the sooner it appears the better is since solves 90% of the mystery delay lag issues.

we have had to wait more than 2 months for lots of things that germany got, they have had lvl 220 ninja exams for about 4 months now and we are still at 200(they went from 180-220 at once), they had % tactics well over a year ago, they have different skill books than we do and hit's not looking like we will sync up on those at all, plus other things that i don't remember off the top of my head.

we also got some things b4 germany got it, ninja bonds in the home interface, we got konan first while they got hiruzen, we also have swimsuit temari and they don't. so its not a perfect 1 to 1 comparison, just a general rule of thumb

But still the point didn't change even if we get version within the "assumed" time frame above, this is 3rd week after assist link updated and it's still limited to heavy spenders. My wild guess would be 1 or 2 more weeks before it slowly get add into normal event cycle and continue from then until Sep/Oct or whenever 5.0 & shop update come. Plenty of time before it happen, so again, no reason for people to rush.

Issue is that people like OP are just impatient or did not try to research on how to get these items for free. If they are both, then they just expect items will be available each week (which won't be likely) and will rush so they can gloat on having jonin minato's bond skill just because they saw on a youtube video (I'm dreading the incoming forum posts about this sad behaviour when items become more accessible...).

This does not change the fact that makes no sense to deny green bells when you can deny to f2p and low cashers blue bells getting the same exact outcome while you let your playerbase enjoy a bit more a new feature.

If they are trying to create exclusivity for those who are capable of getting a bond skill early, then this is how they are trying to do it.

Allowing players to hoard blue and purple bells means the bells will sit in their inventory, and the players will be reminded more often about the potential that this system has to offer. players' anticipation of finally using the new system will grow, and they will be more reckless when buying green bells in the future.

If you say so why would they bother bringing us updates when they could just sell us advanced materials, and leave the common out of the window, just to remind you that in the future you can, use this system that should have been implemented 1 month ago...like here is your meal, here is your food, now wait for the spon 2-3 days , until then look at the food, you fool xD

The Bells was once available in the Regular Shop, during the cycle where the Bonds was released .. And in this cycle, i dunno what kind of bell it is but in "Time-Limited Ninja Recruitment" there's a pack there named Deluxe Bell Pack (@128points/pack)

This is my third week where i try to buy some green bells and no success, none come out for cupons. there were few for ingots and top-up.But 5.0 shop will fix all this issues , since there we can find all materials for all functions, no more waiting for oasis to release materials once a month , atm bond system is quite irelevant update, without green bells we can't do anything, we can't use bond skills we, can't lvl up bond cards for power, what is the meaning of the update after all, just to be there and sitting in the dust?

The 1st week you were able to use your coupons to get green bells....

It's not their fault you didn't either have enough that you wanted or did not pay attention.
