So I was discussing this with a group member and we can't come to a concensus, does the cross server arena pair us with other serves around the same starting date, or just EVERY server?

its pair only the servers which r connected to ur server. go to space time and u will see the list

for example i am in S9 and the servers which r connected to mine r S1.S3.S5.S7 and S11 only these servers r matched in my arena

i don't think every server. cuz some servers wait a long time to match. does that possible that nobody playing in all the 1k servers ?!

i from server 411, i face S36 , S906. U can check from what serever ur opponenet is by hovering ur cursor on their name

I don't think it is every servery. My server is still rather new. If it was every server, I'd be seeing super rares and susano Itachi everywhere. But I dont. I think it is just the server cluster (the same servers in space time).

Not at all, is every server of th region. You can meet servers with two digits as much as server 800+.
