so it says you can get from seals, but which one? the normal seals. also hes 3 star ninja and hes not on the rare list. is he just a secret rare ninja like 8 gates lee or w.e other ninjas are hard to get from tht seal.

I am getting him from survival practice treasure room too, pretty often, i have 17 frag for him.
