Well, I'm on a new server, just got lvl41 and getting ready to start getting these shisui frags, but then i find out that the event is not showing up for me.

Any solution?

Is your server more than 2 weeks old yet? Brand new server do not get some events.

Correct.


Some events are time restricted.

It can take 7-14 days before an event is visible to the server.
