They don't actually pay attention to those, We submitted those for well over a year. My server stopped trying and we lose 4 more long term players the last few days.

if you got any whales (people who spend loads of money weekly) in your server they tend to over look it cause they want them to go to a new server to spend more money there to get back where they are in yours.( There's no facts for it only assumptions based on own experience of having a whale and requesting a merge for a year almost two only to get nothing to the point where not only do we not get gnw most the time but the total player counts is 10 which the occasionally random hoping on and the 10 people who are active half of them are alts made to do SA's and wanteds and even then there barely on). So I feel your pain.

Hope they merge your server with our s457 server, it's mostly a ghost server already XD But there are a lot of good peeps there, which keeps me from completely quitting the server.

My experience is that on my server is is really only one whale (for about 3 months) and there is a recent merge with another server with another single whale. I think they did this to make those whales compete in events thus earning them more money.
