Yugito isn't a rare though :x

She is purple framed, so, even if is not a rare for the hidden counter purposes she is anyways a rare. Personally speaking my kabuto snake cloak is close to 3 stars and my ginkaku is 3 stars but my yugito nii is only at 20/50 for the 2 to 3 star road. Even if she is not a rare her chance to appear among the common pulls you do by doing draw by 10 is indeed very low.

I keep wondering when will Yugito be on the Sakura wheel. The wheel used to feature non-farmable common rares in Five Kage and 2 star Edo ninjas.

Well, guess never because now either we get 10% discount which is good, or a meme ninja like Paradise Kakashi.

None of the characters are that great. But even still, it's pretty easy to farm them. The brothers tend to show up in Sakura blessing event, and pop up pretty frequently in random spots, so they are probably the easiest to level up. Yugito is probably the hardest, but even with free pulls she will get up there.

My current levels:

Yugito = 3* 1/100

Kabuto Snake Cloak = 3* 42/100

Mu = 3* 75/100

Ginkaku = 3* 81/100

Kinkaku = 4* 0/200

Ok, i am unluckier than you and even if i drew around 400 times in jinchuriki 1 treasure (210times the first day to get roshi and after it 180 others free draws), my yugito nii is still 20/50. How am i supposed to make him 3 star? At this rate i get earlier yagura to 4 stars than yugito nii to 3.

Yugito, Mu, Kinkaku, Ginkaku, Kabuto frags show up as small drops in GNW treasure as well. Generally 2-3 frag drops. (But 10 drops c*so occur.) I also have over 1200 pulls in GNW. (But I did get dupes of yugito in jinn though. This game loves giving me dupes.)
