Why it didn't helped you? .. you have 2 to 3 days to refine your things before the end of the event ..

I see, you don't have enough Advance Runes Refines and Coupons to level up your equipment from Lv9 to Lv10 .. Well, i may suggest that do not rush things, it is not wise to buy Refines straight from the shop, it is better if you buy your runes from the previous event Treasure of the Sage where you can buy Refines with such great Discounts .. and to get your refine from 9 to 10, it will require hundreds to thousand pcs of runes ..

I find pretty hard to believe a f2p actually is able to go for a level 10 refinement unless he spent a ton of his coupons for it, thing that is not actually a good move at all for them.

At the moment, we won't be able to extend the due date, but I will definitely take note of it and report it to the team so that it may be different in future events. I personally would recommend to save the refinement if you don't have enough and use it in the next event instead. They Refinement Rebate usually comes every month.
