can we extend the due date please :( cause im a f2p player :( and i dont have coupons now for my lvl 10 refinement :(
At the moment, we won't be able to extend the due date, but I will definitely take note of it and report it to the team so that it may be different in future events. I personally would recommend to save the refinement if you don't have enough and use it in the next event instead. They Refinement Rebate usually comes every month.

I find pretty hard to believe a f2p actually is able to go for a level 10 refinement unless he spent a ton of his coupons for it, thing that is not actually a good move at all for them.
Possibility is always there =p Not impossible but just very hard/lucky haha
