Roshi (180 to 220), Han (180 to 220) , 3rd Raikage with Samui and Omoi (180 to 220), 4th Raikage (900 to 1200), Sasuke Susano (900 to 1200), Madara (900 to 1200) ..

For Mei, Darui, Chojuro (every 50 to 70 pulls for rare in Kage Treasure, it is random so)

Who to start? .. Get Roshi if you have Sakura Sailor and/or Fuguki .. Ay 3rd Raikage if you want complete team .. Depends on who you want and what type of gameplay ninjas do you want to play ..

Han 200-220
Mei - 60

Mabui - 10
Madara average of 1,000-1200
Chojuro - 60
Sasuke Susano'o - average of 1,000-1200
4th Raikage - average of 1,000 - 1,200
Samui - 60
Omoi - 60
3rd raikage - 200-220

Kage Rares you get 1 every 60, no guarantee. Same with LoL rares.

Mabui is a common.

Rest are super rares.
