In my lineup I had 2 Uchiha Clan members, Itachi and Tobi. However, only Itachi got a 2nd standard attack. Thank you in advance for investigating this issue. Reply

As you can see below the stars, there are symbols and these determine which classification of a ninja. It makes sense for this tobi not be included as a uchiha because he was not known to be Obito or Madara during the anime series while the other characters (Masked Man and Madara Five Kage Summit (a new character in the future) will have the Uchiha class because they were shown in the anime to be part of the Uchiha Clan.

This advice can help you the next time you are not sure which ninja get affected by a passive.

Hey

Tobi isn't considered an Uchiha as he was a "unknown" being at that point of the Anime/Manga.

Hence why he has the "Mysterious" tag.

Hope that has brought some clearance
