Hi! Not to worry, it is not a bug. Like Castnicke said, although the ninja may have dodged the Taijutsu or Ninjutsu attack or mystery, the poison would still apply.

to be honest, if the effect is applied trough standard attack poison tai does not deliver poison to an evading ninja like masked man or minato, but if is applied trough a mystery full tai or half nin/half tai, then is applied even if the enemy evades it.

So, in your case, Sailor sakura standard attack doesn't apply it if is the 1st standard attack that hit the evading ninja, but han and roshi mystery do it.

then how can minato/maskman/shisui can dodge itachi's chaos. they all should get chaos too once they have eye contact. is this a real bug? (my itachi is really curious about it )

Lets make it realistic. Lets say in real life Itachi cast Tsukoyomi to you to you and you did not look him in the eye. Did you dodge tsukuyoni or not?

Lets say someone threw a bottle inhaling poison to you and you run but you inhaled some of the smoke. Are you infected or not?

eye contact > poison in any forms.

for the game, the target should just flee the attack then receive the cc to be fair xD
