Anyone know this Poison passive from azure combo with sakura sailor can deal poison to dodge ninja when they never touched ??

i see it many times . Can someone explain to me how it work ??

my team line up :

Sakura Sailor x x

Azure Fang - Minato 4th hokage - Roshi

x x x

and my opponent kind of roshi , han, ssakura sailor, azure fang or roshi change with minato jonin..

How the hell they hit minato with poison when minato no even receavi a damage or hit ???

I DIDNT PUT ANY PROFING RIGHT NOW.

If there explanaition to it then i will try to take its screen shot as profe and if there not explanation about it then i will move this to BUG place and still give picture to profing
