They gave him out like a cheap wh**e -_- in arena from 10 fights 8-9 fights have Shisui, 7-8 fights have Shisui with Itachi................. what the hell, no matter how many people want it, there are so many of him that it already requires a nerf because this is out of the hand and unreal how many people got him, it's a big slap in the face to those who struggle to get the rare ninjas, and then OG makes Shisui as free as Itachi Anbu being monthly. I struggled to get 3rd A, I struggled to finally get 4th A, Raikages... and they are near useless to what is being outputted now. Why Shisui can't be as rare as Hiruzen or Hashirama, or Tobirama, heck, even 4th Minato is oftenly seen around, not like he's a big deal to counter anymore, but the Shisui and Itachi copy paste ninjas everywhere, there is no competition, it's like...there is a place where competition doesn't exist much because someone is stronger with the rare ninja, then there is competition when some part has strong regular ninjas that everyone can get within faster time from treasures, and then there is no competition zone again, when 70-80% of playerbase has the same lineup, same ninjas...it's just sickening and ridiculous, it's not even challenging, it's boring. They must nerf him down because of this enormous amount of Shisui-Itachi Anbu users.
