I'm a very big fan of Minato and i'm always trying to get him.But unfortunately,Lucky Stars Wheel isnt an excellent choice for me to recruit him because i spent 15k coupons+ingots in that event and got 0 minato.So Oasis,please bring Hokage Optional Gift Pack back as a reward in Lucky * for those unlucky people can get him.
