around 1 year ago he was there in treasure of the sage (the event we have right now) at 300 coupons per fragment basic price. after that event he never ever appeared again in an event where you could redeem his fragments.

He most likely wont be in lucky star wheel anymore so untill then you have to wait for them to bring him out at random or when they possible bring him in events when they add his skill books in who knows how many months.

Thing is he will get a skill break soon and that will drive his price through the roof....pray for another rng event where you get lucky

Soon is quite a big word considering we miss a very minimum of 20 more skillbroken ninja that appeared way before him.

He first showed up in a recharge/spending rebate I believe (40k)

Then he showed up in lucky stars that one week where every other Joe pulled him effortlessly

He was also in lucky * I believe part of the Hokage option packs

and yes last year in treasure of the sage, base price was 300 cps I believe, 10% off was 270 cps, 20% off was 240 cps, etc

but he's yet to appear in events since his kit changed. possible oas wants to "balance" the game and doesn't want everyone running around with a minato? who knows
