If you can't get top 1-2 every sage, no point of lvl freezing. Your power is not enough for lvl freeze i think.

Keep level freezing and gain power.

Ideally you want to reach 50k by level 80.

If you're far from 80 and you reach that mark, try and go as high as you can.

NO. Don't even level "slowly". Don't level at all! You wouldn't want to dig a deeper grave for yourself than you have now.
It will take long, very long time of absolute level-freezing before you can pick yourself up. But it will happen, eventually.
Keep freezing your level, avoid all sorts of exp no matter how small they are. Patience will reward you someday.

As Renji pointed out, it would be wiser to set a goal, reach a certain power before hitting 80.
But I somewhat disagree with 50k. I'm at level 77 with 55k power, and very rarely do I get top 1 (coz some * whale literally hunts level-freezers down in our SWB).
To be safe, try to reach up to 55k before you hit 80, that way at least you'd have guaranteed 2nd or 3rd place on each SWB.

I only chose 50k cause it was a reasonable goal :p Of course when you reach it, strive to get higher.

Sides you don't want to be within plunder range of the top 50 (or top 100 if merged server) of ranked battle. As you can lose out on coupons.

I started freezing at lvl 70, only getting that 60 and 100 in daily activities for main char frags and myoboku gifts. I am now lvl 78 with almost 54K BP and doing well in swb.
