He has significantly increase attac+nin with full life so my question is:

1. What percentage actually?

2. If hp isnt full the buff will be gone but if hp is full again, will the ninja still get buff?

1. From what I understand its about 30% or 40% boost. Which is still a significant buff.
2. Yes as long as your HP is full even if you recover your HP you'll get the buff.

i asked this same question a while ago. . and sum1 said its 30% raw damage. . its not a attack and nin buff. .

which means if you hit 100k crit. . you actually crit 130k instead
