1. you c*ready buy some ninjas outright in various events. Usually they are sold as frags but you can buy enough frags for the full ninja if you want. If you want some SPECIFIC ninjas, ask for that. But as it stands, this suggestion means nothing as it already exist.

2. I believe the latter is coming (pull count) eventually? As for %... it's not really a % thing. It's just X pulls per rare/ultra rare, and each rare/ultra rare have the same %. So... you can do a reasonable estimation pretty easily.

3. Eh... sure... whatever... Barely have any impact...

4. On what? that's really arbitrary... and beggy....

There are very few ninjas you can buy outright. 1 version would be the time limited shop where you know that 10 ingots = 1 point, but that's still you spending those ingots on something else to get points in that event so I guess it's not buying them outright. Another would be Sakura missions where you know that 1 box=10 points. Sometimes they have like Nagato in Konoha gift shop, but for the most part you have to buy an rng item to get points to buy ninja like dice,Sakura food sacks, Fateful choice orbs,tree coins etc. People would probably complain if they implemented a feature where you could buy ninja outright because the prices would be just as high as event prices. They're called gacha games for a reason lol.

Every ninja appeared at least once, except for susano'o itachi and the new gnw treasure ones, in events where you could outright buy them with coupons.
