He will also be able to combo super armor ninjas.

and with his current standard attack skills book his standard will 100% combo the ninja in front of it.

It's just been released in CN this week, and to celebrate the end of the Ay meta, they put 80 frags of him up in a 50k spending rebate. He and the other Hokages are still relevant in the future.

Our server already has one drop today, guild m8 got it in 800 cps. Great deal for what he's worth and what he used to cost last year through events. If I wasn't mistaken he was priced at 300+ shuriken pts/frag making him 400-500+ ingot spending/frag ninja.

Ay have no cd with his mystery when he have 70 or more chakra no ?? So what is the deal with +1 cd ??? it's like use interrupt or anything on him if he have 70 chakra or more he will just spam.

After looking yes Tobirama can combo a super armor, but only with his mystery ( Y+1 ).

For Ay -> Mystery +2 : When chakra is 70 or higher, this mystery will not consume chakra and will not suffer from cooldown

and there's plenty of ways to take chakra away from the other team, ofc you have to build around tobirama, just like you have to build around 4th ay

Actually it is still "Good" when they have more initiative. On top of that, they are starting to use Poison Tai which makes the team better due to how clones work due to 4.0.

it still suffers from the problem of needing to wait on mabui's standard attacks before it gets rolling. Masked Man completely dismantles that team, making initiative a non factor. Heck, any control mysteries on round 1 does. Lock down Mabui round 1, kill mabui round 2, lock down water main round 2 and it is over before it even starts. Most lighting blitz formations also do the same, as well as fire teams running the chains mystery. Running it up against Shisui or Itachi teams ends with about the same results, you know the most common metas at the moment. Dropping the clone for poison tai just makes the water main more vulnerable to chase immobilization as well, so I would not call it "better".

But I digress as a discussion of the meta is not fitting for the events page. It still stands that spinning with the goal of Tobirama feels weak, even more so when there is very limited options for power from spending the mountain of stars you are likely to get along the way. Not everyone gets lucky and gets Tobirama in 600 coupons, my server has yet to see one drop, though that could be largely in part to no one wanting him :P

SB tobirama isn't a counter for Ay (edo fu is the counter, since he can't go to 100 chakra turn 1 with anbu yamato and earth main). Tobi, since his mystery can make him combo characters with dodge, is built to counter both 5 kage madara / kimono konan's dodge mechanic and mystery resetting's ninja like kurama naruto and minato jonin.
