Lol no more Shisui for lucky low levels haha. I don't understand why you don't like Tobirama. He is waaaay harder to be obtained , because reaching battle armor rank 9 is almost impossible for f2p and low spenders. His kit is nice , buffs the whole field , blinds 2 ninjas , mystery hits up to 12 people .. That was a good decision not giving away Shisui again basically for free if you are lucky. We will have plenty of events where Shisui could be obtained in the future. By the way a guy made a thread in the bugs and support section claiming he wants tobirama but can't get him because only new ninjas are in the events. I guess they finally listened to somebody which is a start. I would really want to see Hokage Minato in some future events .. because he is op. And you can't get him from anywhere these days ..
biggest problem I have with Tobirama is he is a collection ninja and that is about it ba
sed on the current me ta teams running around. While his skill breakthrough can help a little, but that means spinning him off the wheel multiple times which is unreliable at best. He is typically too slow to make an impact (round 3 mystery) and does not offer anything but damage really. Sure you can run a chakra generator team, but have you see the sheer number of immobilize teams out there that shut those teams down? The Water Main, Mabui, Tenten and Mei water team has been dead for weeks now due to immobilization becoming so common. Sure the blind can be ok if it happens to hits the right characters, but each main has a fairly easy way to deal with blind, and it does not stop mysteries which is more important in a control me ta. Couple the fact that there is nothing really good off the wheel for points greatly lowers the value of that event. -

Actually it is still "Good" when they have more initiative. On top of that, they are starting to use Poison Tai which makes the team better due to how clones work due to 4.0.
it still suffers from the problem of needing to wait on mabui's standard attacks before it gets rolling. Masked Man completely dismantles that team, making initiative a non factor. Heck, any control mysteries on round 1 does. Lock down Mabui round 1, kill mabui round 2, lock down water main round 2 and it is over before it even starts. Most lighting blitz formations also do the same, as well as fire teams running the chains mystery. Running it up against Shisui or Itachi teams ends with about the same results, you know the most common me
tas at the moment. Dropping the clone for poison tai just makes the water main more vulnerable to chase immobilization as well, so I would not call it "better". But I digress as a discussion of the me ta is not fitting for the events page. It still stands that spinning with the goal of Tobirama feels weak, even more so when there is very limited options for power from spending the mountain of stars you are likely to get along the way. Not everyone gets lucky and gets Tobirama in 600 coupons, my server has yet to see one drop, though that could be largely in part to no one wanting him :P
