I got him in the spinning event, his chase is good but hard to proc (even if after fuguki's arrival is much easier to get 30 combos), his mystery does quite a good amount of damage even if to only 4 targets. The problem i found with him is linked to his experimental passive, due to bad RNG it was wasted too many times for my likes.

His bad RNG is the worst part of him but if it does work, it's so fun to watch. I use him with sage naruto and dreamworld hinata with any main and I'am happy with the results. Of course I can't see myself using him outside the arena...
