Man I still havn't gotten him yet. I did spend ingots though. Is there a different draw rate between Ingots and coupons?

Players are impulsive by nature so they spend their coupons immediately when the events open at the start of the week.

At the end of the week, they just go yolo with everything they have as a last ditch attempt to get him.

There I just covered the start/end of the week for you. It is easy to assume much and believe what you want to believe.

But the fact is nobody is right on these forums and only Oasis have the % drop rate. (Or configurations which allow higher chance of winning the lottery as you presume)

I'm only basing this based on reports from players since there's no point if players know about the drop rate since they're still continue to try. By now, players should now the rate is weird but yet people still try.

Got shisui also in 2000 coupon :D but not lucky as u got at 200 coupon but it worth it

How about in my server? .. There's a low-level, maybe and probably a dummy account, got him twice within 2 minutes at around 15:00 last friday .. since then, no appearance again -_-

I got him with 180 coupons. i just pulled not caring what i was getting and i got.

I got shisui for 15k ingots. Other players got him for coupons and some got lucky less than 2k coupons haha and one player in my server got him in a 1 free draw. Im mixed emotion right now haha im not the jelous type so im kinda happy for them in a way. But my feeling its kinda not that good. Oh well merry xmas to all specially oasis. But probabaly this is the last for me. Goodluck guys
