in my server a lot of people try to get him and spend. but until now no one has it. so probably only some server can get him not all, just my observation though. or probably theres a limit per day. they are good with that hehe business thing. anyway congrats to all who got him. I wonder what time they got it
Most of people doing it that get the ninja are doing it very early in the morning or be the first ones doing it on their server once the server opens with the new events

Just a myth. there are players getting him all the time, as long as players are drawing there is the same rng chance.
It may be a myth but how do you explain the low number of reports of getting the ninja in RNG event in the middle of the week in comparison to the start/end of the week. I highly doubt people give up if people still try near the end and report.

Easy lord Danzo.
Players are impulsive by nature so they spend their coupons immediately when the events open at the start of the week.
At the end of the week, they just go yolo with everything they have as a last ditch attempt to get him.
There I just covered the start/end of the week for you. It is easy to assume much and believe what you want to believe.
But the fact is nobody is right on these forums and only Oasis have the % drop rate. (Or configurations which allow higher chance of winning the lottery as you presume)

sed on reports from players since there's no point if players know about the drop rate since they're still continue to try. By now, players should now the rate is weird but yet people still try. -

im just glad that EVERYONE has the chance to get a ninja like Shisui, or like some month's ago, same thing with hokage minato. evidence on that you dont need to waste money like a maniac to get a good ninja:)
Yet you still need luck, which isn't smart if you rely heavily on coupons. You could also get an event ninja if you saved your coupons but many won't.
