Player Wanted: When someone attack you while playing myoboku trial you will lose a chance and unable to replay it again and it will considered you lose the game

Myoboku trial is not considered a locked event. Thus you can be pulled from it while wanted.

I'll suggest any players doing myoboku to simply do it in a safer area to avoid losing chances!
