only one barrier per time is up. If onoki is up then danzo is not up.

as onorki barrier is up and Danzo barrier is gone

you will just gt onoki buff and not danzo or both .

even if you do in team like gnw or else and they use different or same Barrier

Just 1 ninja barrier Buff activate.

Barriers are not counted as buffs

Think of them as an aura effect, you get the buff from the barrier you see at the moment (only 1 barrier is possible to be on the field at time)

If was so then when roshi, tendo or shark kisame break your barrier by imposing their own one you should keep the boost, but no, this is not how it works. The barrier that's up grants the advantages of the barrier to the friendly field as long as are active.
