[ Help ] Is Sailor Sakura still viable until lvl 100?

I got 4* S.Sakura now. I don't know if i should get her to 5* or get Mei/Charms+refine in Lucky board. I'm aiming to get 3000 points in the lucky board.

I'm 60k BP now

Mei x80 cost 2400 points
S.Sakura x200 cost 3000 points

If S.Sakura get skill break that is similar to Chinese version ([Cloak] Sakura, creating katsuyu clone on standard att). I would love to get her to 5*.

Cloak Sakura is Sailor they change it in China,

and Yes She will get SkillBreak .

i think you dont need to star up her to able her skillbreak .

Note : Not all NInja need to star up to able the Skillbreak .

I think the rare ninjas need to be at least 3 stars to skill break. Common is 4 stars.

([Cloak] Sakura, creating katsuyu clone on standard att) is the summer edition of sakura, not the sailor edition.

topic closed. Summer sakura is a really good. And i got confused between sailor sakura and summer sakura. I dont event bother to buy shark kisame, and edo hiruzen. too expensive. i will get Mei for ranked battle wise. Topic closed here. thanks guys.
