1＃ Go ToI'm quite upset since im not really able to provide proof since i never screenshotted my coupons balance before it happened (how was I even supposed to know this would happen) but i had over 4000 coupons in my account and after using lucky board i had over 2000 to spare. I dont really know when it disappeared but i noticed my balance went down to 43 coupons after using the group lucky wheel. I tried back tracking what I did that could have made me unknowingly use coupons but Ive literally only used 2000 on lucky board and thats it. I'm kind of freaking out about it cause I worked really hard earning all that money and I really don't know what to do at this point. This game is so unforgiving to me.
I doubt Oasis is willing to give me anything back so I can do nothing but to cry about it.

You're not crazy the same thing happened to me!
When I signed on this morning I had 1633 coupons and 200 ingotsAfter signing in I did a daily check-in, upgraded my charms for the rebate, did group wheel and then ran some convoy. In the middle of a convoy I got kicked offline. When I refreshed it gave me a white screen so I close the mini-client completely and restarted. When I restarted and finished my convoy, I realized all of my coupons were gone and I only had 88 ingots left. I KNOW I had the coupons when I logged in this morning because I was checking lucky board planning to use them later. I did not spend anything anywhere. I've never spent any of my 200 ingots since getting them nearly a year ago now.
I cleared my cache, restarted the client about four times and tried browser version and no luck. It's all just gone.
I have no screenshot from earlier today when I had them because why would I screenshot myself first thing in the morning when nothing is wrong? I DO have one from last night though from right before I signed off for bed that shows how much I SHOULD have. The only thing that has changed is some coins and my power from the new myoboku thing and upgrading charms today.
I'm super stressed, I've been saving them for the past month for lucky board and now I've got nothing
I sent in a bug report through the client support, but I'm glad there are other people with this issue, it's not just me.
* I'm sorry to hear that man : ( hopefully something can be done about this. It rly isnt cool having all that hard work go down the drain. Esp when youre f2p like me it rly stings more.

This might have been the case for me as well. I did the charm rebate that morning and I had around a total of 250 or so charms. I also used the auto feature as always, so it might have taken my coupons instead of the charms.

Although the loss of coupons has mostly *n over me by now, I'm still concerned this issue will still occur again in the future. Because of this, I feel like my only solution for now is to upgrade manually so I can ensure that it does not eat my coupons rather than the charms first. Clearly this isn't the most practical thing to do, but it is the safest way, and that kind of shows how broken the auto upgrade feature has become. It's become unsafe for people to use because they fear it will do something it shouldn't have. People used it regularly without issue, and now it's suddenly doing things that previously wouldn' have happened. Hopefully OAS will actually invest their time into investigating this issue thoroughly.
