Guys, please ask for the Refine/Charms Rebate on their events feedback thread. This is just frustrating, weeks of waiting for those rebates and they're doing this.

I wanted rebates and lucky board :/.

First of all its 23rd of november events...i dont know why would anyone expect lucky board or rebates....that is next week...first week of every month and the events are good just dont like seeing that crazy slot machine anymore we need something like konoha shop...

sounds like the percentage increase for battle tactics to me, which came with the tactics functions together on the german servers.
