Right now you can get skillbooks by exchanging fragments of that ninja. Naruto's skillbooks were given away during an event, except for that you can either buy them directly in shop (hashirama, tobirama) or get them by exchanging frags.

Use Sasuke's Fragments to get his skill book

I understand now, So, i need to get him up to 5 stars and then every fragments from there will be exchanged for his skillbooks?

He Can be 4* and you manually exchange fragments for skillbooks

150 sasuke frags = 1 skill book for hs mystery

100 sasuke frags = 1 skill book for 1 of his chase.

You can exchange it in ninja > train > breakthrough

also sasuke has to be 4 stars to have his skill broken through.

but i recommend to make him 5 star first.
