It will take you a while, and the time varies, took me a while to get 80+ frags, though...

In case you manage to get him to show up in treasure of the sage (event in Hot Topics), he isn't worth the frags you would be spending. Either getting him as a free pull in the sage treasure, get lucky and get him in a mission box, or slowly piecing him via space-time shop is the best way to get him. Spending your seal scrolls isn't worth it.

i play since january and do every time survival trial fully, just never bought fragments of him in the shop.

Best way to get him is space time shop, but if you want to buy him let me say he is not worth it at all. Only value he has is maybe in ranked battle. Other then that if you use him in a 4 man team he will get focused immediately and more than likely die.

I think he's only decent in arena. Other than that, he's nothing.

I'd rather collect adv thread from space shop, since it's super super super rare to get in SA.
