I see 2 movie where in first 200 spin ppl get +/- 22,23 frag and 2 where in 107 spin get 15.

In one, and two movie 100 spin give 5 frag and always in total 100 spin ppl have 14 frag. I think if this system work and I recharge 50k can get 50-60 frag, + 10 I have and 10 I can buy and can get him, but this movie is Sasuke Susano, no Itachi so maybe here we have differences

Just as everyone else mentioned its totally luck based. I recharged 1000 ingots, got 10 tries of which 2 times got itachi, 1 time got 500 coupon, 1 time got 100 coupon. That was the best case scenario that has happened to me in shinobi feast wheel. Next i recharged 5000 ingots on the same day, to only get 1 itachi frags. And one thing i have observed is the first spin has a high probability to be 100 coupon. These are my experiences with that event, you can get better results or 10 times worse.
