Bonus wish credit gained from rebate only lasts for the duration of that event, it's not permanent.

Hence why it's a good idea to refine in bulk and go up multiple levels.

Hello~

As Immortal Utsuro has said, all wish credits gained only lasts for the duration of that event - It's specifically stated in every event thread posted. Check item #18 in the September 28th thread.
