Check your other ninjas, each ninja have their own equipment set which have their own magatama slots.

They're not in my other ninja slots... They just disappeared I just have 2 empty slots now. I'm not a new player i've been playing since release last year.

Magatamas don't just disappear.

Unfortunately, sometimes you'll disconnect from the server resulting in items looking like they're not there.

Clear your cache/cookies and refresh the server. Check the magatamas.

Okay i'll post a video to show you hopefully i'll get some sort of compensation for this bug.

Please get someone to look into my account because i need those magatamas i lost back and i need to be able to use my pages.

From the video you've shown, it seems like a delay in packets.

However, Contact support through the client. They'll ask for your information and check your account logs to better help you with the issue.

To contact support, on the client, click the "?". Or through the main site, click "User Center"

From there you'll be able to create a Ticket with the issue at hand.

Hopefully, you'll be able to resolve your issue.
